Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process  

Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers  

Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, real estate professionals, and community contacts  

Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with legal and company standards  

Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments  

Negotiate terms and conditions to achieve the best outcomes for clients  

Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth and timely closings

Valid real estate license in the state of Florida  

Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends in Port St. Joe and surrounding areas  

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  

Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively  

Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite  

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently  

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends  

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
