• Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top-performing real estate agents.
• Build and execute sales strategies to achieve team production and profitability goals.
• Conduct regular one-on-one and group coaching sessions.
• Track sales metrics, conversion ratios, and key performance indicators.
• Partner with leadership to design and implement growth systems and processes.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, integrity, and success.

You are a natural leader with a strong track record of success in real estate sales. Your passion is helping others achieve their goals through coaching and mentoring. In addition to growing talent, you have the ability to attract talent to limitless opportunities.

• 3+ years of proven sales leadership, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
• Demonstrated track record of recruiting, training, and coaching high-performing sales professionals.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze numbers and drive performance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Growth-oriented mindset with the ability to lead through influence and accountability.
• Real estate license preferred (or willingness to obtain).
