As we continue to grow and expand our team, our services and connection through our communities we are looking for our “Empire Multiplier”, Director of Operations. The Director of Operations is a talented individual who sees the big picture of the team’s goals and gets excited about creating a plan, strategy and systems in place that will result in effective growth & productivity for the organization. As the Director of Operations, you will also serve as a leader in our organization and manage the team’s day to day operations to run the team as a well oiled machine. The Director of Operation is the force within the organization that helps the owners of the team accomplish the vision of the company.

• Develop and implement systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, contact database management, social/tech media and back-office support. Ensure that all systems and processes run efficiently for the team.
• Maintain daily operations/workflow and implementing existing and new policies.
• Responsible for maintaining all financial systems. This includes maintaining the books, paying the bills, handling payroll, assuring the collection of commissions, maintaining budget, generating financing reports and keeping track of the team’s production. Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of all financial information.
• Oversee all correspondences between the team leader, supportive staff and team members. Keep the lead agent informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled
• Track the whole team and individual team member’s activities & KPIs. Review 4 conversations with lead agents weekly.
• Responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all additional administrative team members.
• Create WOW experiences for clients and team members.
• Responsible for execution of the team owner’s vision
