A top-producing real estate team based in Kirkland is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and service-driven Client Care Coordinator to help deliver an exceptional 5-star client experience.
This is a hands-on, in-person role supporting a fast-paced, high-performing real estate business. The right candidate thrives on organization, communication, follow-through, and precision.
Attention to detail is critical. Small mistakes can impact timelines, client satisfaction, and brand reputation. We are looking for someone who naturally double-checks their work, anticipates potential issues before they arise, and takes pride in getting the details right.
Requirements:
- Active Washington State real estate license (required at time of hire)
- Must live within 5 miles of Kirkland
Compensation: $26–$32 per hour (DOE)
Responsibilities
Client Experience & Relationship Management
- Track and manage client referrals
- Oversee and grow 5-star online reviews
- Send client surveys and monitor feedback
- Manage home anniversary outreach and long-term client follow-up
- Coordinate thoughtful client gifts and appreciation touchpoints
- Assist with planning and executing client appreciation events
Systems & CRM Management
- Maintain and update CRM and task management systems
- Ensure database accuracy and organization
- Create, document, and improve internal workflows
- Support AI tool integration and automation initiatives
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile
Marketing & Administrative Support
- Manage social media posting schedule
- Design flyers, brochures, and marketing materials
- Coordinate mailings and print campaigns
- Create and send quarterly Mailchimp e-newsletters
- Prepare and distribute market reports
- Assist with listing preparation
- Run local errands (materials, signage, and vendor coordination)
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- Active Washington State real estate license (required at time of hire)
- Must live within 5 miles of Kirkland
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable using CRM systems and learning new technology
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Real estate administrative experience preferred but not required for the right candidate
Compensation
$26.00 - $32.00 USD Hourly
