Show up ready to lead generate, listen to your buyers needs and demonstrate patience as you identify the property that meets your clients’ financial and personal goals.

Dedicate 15 hours per week to lead generation activities

Host four open houses each month

Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments

Engage in script practice sessions and other team-oriented activities

Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable properties

Draft and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of clients

Maintain records of activities and client interactions
