Oversee all front desk operations, including answering phone lines

Greet guests and associates warmly at the front desk, serving as the face of the office.

Assist in agent recruitment and retention efforts, collaborating closely with the Team Leader and Market Center Administrator.

Provide support to agents with their office needs and tasks, including onboarding and retention processes.
