Responsibilities
- Best practice: in-office from 8:00-12 M-F and usually out of the office in the afternoons for appointments and open houses.
- Lead Generation to prospect for seller and buyer leads.
- Proactive Client Follow Ups
- Schedule appointments with qualified prospects and conduct listing presentations and buyer consultations.
- Negotiate contracts.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline through the sales cycle through use of our Database and Lead Generation Activities
- Memorize and Practice Scripts daily
- Master time blocking
Qualifications
Real estate experience not required; must have or be in the process of obtaining a Hawaii Real Estate license, at their cost.

- Key skills: Highly driven to succeed, Excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport quickly, strong sense of urgency and excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Mandatory requirements: Team oriented, learning based, possessing sheer grit and the will to succeed.
Compensation
$60,000 - $110,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
