Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to identify their real estate goals and preferences.
• Deliver expert guidance and market analysis to help clients make well-informed choices.
• Coordinate property showings and lead negotiations to secure optimal outcomes.
• Stay informed on current market trends and property valuations.
• Foster and sustain strong client relationships, providing outstanding service and satisfaction.

• Best practice: in-office from 8:00-12 M-F and usually out of the office in the afternoons for appointments and open houses.
• Lead Generation to prospect for seller and buyer leads.
• Proactive Client Follow Ups
• Schedule appointments with qualified prospects and conduct listing presentations and buyer consultations.
• Negotiate contracts.
• Build and manage the sales pipeline through the sales cycle through use of our Database and Lead Generation Activities
• Memorize and Practice Scripts daily
• Master time blocking

Real estate experience not required; must have or be in the process of obtaining a Hawaii Real Estate license, at their cost.

$60,000 - $110,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
