Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with clients to gain a deep understanding of their real estate objectives and preferences.
• Provide expert advice and comprehensive market insights to empower clients in making informed decisions.
• Organize property viewings and lead negotiations to achieve the best possible results.
• Keep up-to-date with current market trends and property valuations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and continuous support.

• Best practice: in-office from 8:00-12 M-F and usually out of the office in the afternoons for appointments and open houses.
• Lead Generation to prospect for seller and buyer leads.
• Proactive Client Follow Ups
• Schedule appointments with qualified prospects and conduct listing presentations and buyer consultations.
• Negotiate contracts.
• Build and manage the sales pipeline through the sales cycle through use of our Database and Lead Generation Activities
• Memorize and Practice Scripts daily
• Master time blocking

Real estate experience not required; must have or be in the process of obtaining a Hawaii Real Estate license, at their cost.

$60,000 - $110,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
