The Field Expert: Represent the Nickle Team at property showings, providing insightful, professional tours that help buyers find their "perfect match."

Client Concierge: Support lead agents by managing buyer communication and ensuring a seamless experience from the first showing to the offer.

Logistics Lead: Master the art of the "showing tour" efficiently scheduling and coordinating multiple properties to maximize the client's time.

Pipeline Builder: Participate in team lead generation and daily "huddles" to learn how to hunt and close your own business.

Strategic Feedback: Act as the "eyes and ears" in the field, providing critical property feedback to help refine our team’s winning strategies.
