The Nickle Team, in collaboration with PLACE, is seeking licensed California real estate agents eager to thrive within a dynamic, high-achievement team setting. This opportunity is ideal for agents looking for consistent mentorship, access to proven systems, warm lead generation, and a structured path to boost both production and earnings.

Priority will be given to currently licensed agents ready to start immediately; however, we also welcome motivated individuals who are actively working toward their real estate license or possess strong real estate-related experience and are dedicated to launching their career in the industry.

Please note: This is a commission-based, performance-driven position, designed for those committed to developing a successful and lucrative real estate career.

Responsibilities

  • The Field Expert: Represent the Nickle Team at property showings, providing insightful, professional tours that help buyers find their "perfect match."
  • Client Concierge: Support lead agents by managing buyer communication and ensuring a seamless experience from the first showing to the offer.
  • Logistics Lead: Master the art of the "showing tour" efficiently scheduling and coordinating multiple properties to maximize the client's time.
  • Pipeline Builder: Participate in team lead generation and daily "huddles" to learn how to hunt and close your own business.
  • Strategic Feedback: Act as the "eyes and ears" in the field, providing critical property feedback to help refine our team’s winning strategies.

Qualifications

  • Licensing: You must have an Active California Real Estate License
  • Local Knowledge: A deep familiarity with the Long Beach and surrounding OC/LA neighborhoods.
  • Mobility: A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and a willingness to be in the field daily.
  • Communication: Sharp, professional verbal and written skills. You are the "face" of our team in the field.
  • The "Hustle" Factor: Flexibility is key. Real estate happens on evenings and weekends, you must be ready when the clients are.
  • Tech-Fluent: Comfortable using CRM systems and mobile apps to track activity in real-time.

Compensation

$55,000 - $85,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
