Responsibilities

  • Lead Conversion: Transform the team’s consistent flow of qualified leads and appointments into signed representation agreements.
  • Strategic Negotiation: Prepare and negotiate complex offers using team data to secure the best possible terms for your clients.
  • Client Advisory: Conduct expert buyer consultations and property showings, providing localized market insights to guide informed decisions.
  • Pipeline Management: Use the PLACE tech stack and CRM to automate follow-up and maximize the conversion of your sales funnel.
  • Professional Growth: Engage in high-level masterminds and daily huddles to refine negotiation skills and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Business Building: Leverage full administrative and transaction support to focus exclusively on closing deals and generating new business.

Qualifications

You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

  • Active California Real Estate License (Required).
  • Proven Track Record: You have a history of consistent closings and a deep understanding of the local Long Beach/LA County market.
  • Growth Mindset: You are a professional who values coaching and accountability as tools for expansion, not micromanagement.
  • Communication Mastery: You excel at building rapport quickly and can navigate high-stakes negotiations with poise.

This role is best suited for agents who are ready to take action, stay consistent, and be held accountable to production goals.

Compensation

$100,000 - $175,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
