Retired or newly licensed looking for a part-time job? We’re seeking two dependable, organized, and licensed Massachusetts real estate agents to join our team part-time. This hybrid role combines in-office support with showing responsibilities. When not assisting in the office, you’ll be conducting showings, attending appraisals and inspections, running errands, and helping with new listing photos and Matterports.



Conduct property showings to assist agents

Attend inspections and appraisals

Set up and remove “For Sale” signs and lockboxes

Take Matterports of new listings

Support in-office tasks, including administrative duties and CRM management

Answer phone calls and assist with client intake, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience

Use MLS, Pinergy, ShowingTime, Google Drive, and our team CRM

Run errands as needed to support transactions and team

Must hold a valid Massachusetts real estate license

Reliable vehicle and driver’s license for travel (showings may be up to 1-hour drive)

Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new platforms

Highly dependable, organized, and professional
