Real Estate Exchange is looking for a motivated Buyer’s Agent to guide clients through every stage of the home-buying process while building a successful real estate career within a knowledgeable and supportive team.

Our agents benefit from the assistance of a dedicated Transaction Coordinator, Office Manager, and Marketing Director. This structure enables you to focus on developing client relationships, showing properties, and creating a seamless, high-quality buying experience.

• Active Massachusetts or New Hampshire real estate license

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Real estate experience preferred

$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
