Responsibilities
• Generate and follow up with leads
• Consult with buyers and sellers
• Host open houses
• Negotiate offers
• Guide clients from contract to closing
• Attend team meetings and trainings
• Build lasting client relationships
Qualifications
• Active Massachusetts or New Hampshire real estate license
• Real estate sales experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and client-focused
• Growth-minded and willing to learn
Compensation
$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
