Assist lead agents by showing homes to prospective buyers and renters

Host open houses and support listing marketing efforts

Schedule and coordinate property showings to ensure a seamless client experience

Provide accurate property details and gather client feedback after showings

Participate in team lead generation activities and follow-up systems

Attend weekly trainings, team huddles, and one-on-one coaching sessions

Real Estate Showing Assistant

Join a high-performing real estate team built on proven systems, strong leadership, and real accountability. As a Buyer’s Agent, you’ll receive leads, coaching, technology, and full administrative support so you can focus on production.

• Execute PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
• Host a minimum of two open houses per month
• Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into appointments
• Attend weekly script practice and follow team standards
• Participate in team meetings and activities
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, trainings, and Partner Call
• Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer representation agreements, and identify suitable properties
• Prepare, submit, and negotiate offers on behalf of clients
• Track all activities, clients, and pipeline using PLACE technology
