Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 

Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes

Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria

Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients

Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week

Participate in weekly script practice per team standards

Participate in team activities per team standards

Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call

We are actively seeking driven individuals who are committed to investing 40 hours per week into cultivating a thriving career in real estate. Our preferred candidates are enthusiastic about making a positive difference and consistently exhibit care and dedication to clients, regardless of property value. On average, our agents earn between $100,000 and $150,000 in their first year, with top achievers earning up to $500,000. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes revenue sharing, health benefits, growth opportunities, vested options, and various investment prospects.
