Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Business Development
- Consistently execute daily lead generation activities aligned with team standards.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive prospecting, sphere engagement, and database management.
- Convert opportunities through strong follow-up, consultative conversations, and professional presentation skills.
Client Experience & Service Excellence
- Deliver a high-touch, relationship-driven client experience from first contact through closing and beyond.
- Provide clear communication, strong negotiation, and market expertise to buyers and sellers.
- Uphold the teamβs reputation through professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity.
Systems & Technology Implementation
- Fully adopt and utilize the teamβs CRM, marketing platforms, and transaction systems.
- Follow established workflows, checklists, and models to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Stay current on technology updates and commit to ongoing skill development.
Accountability & Performance Standards
- Participate in daily check-ins, weekly scorecards, and goal tracking.
- Meet or exceed production expectations and activity benchmarks.
- Demonstrate ownership of results and willingness to adjust strategies when needed.
Team Collaboration & Culture Contribution
- Actively contribute to a positive, solution-oriented team environment.
- Share knowledge, best practices, and support newer agents when appropriate.

Qualifications
- Proven Production History
Minimum of 8 closed transactions, ideally 18β24+ sides, demonstrating consistency and the ability to manage a full pipeline. - Coachable & Systems-Driven
Willingness to plug into proven models, scripts, technology, and accountability structures without resistance or ego. - Growth-Oriented Mindset
Demonstrates a strong desire to scale their business, increase profitability, and build long-term wealth β not just maintain status quo. - Positive, Solution-Focused Attitude

Understands that consistent prospecting and follow-up are non-negotiables and already practices daily income-producing activities. - Technology Proficiency
Comfortable learning and using CRM systems, marketing platforms, digital transaction management tools, and analytics dashboards. - High Accountability & Self-Leadership

Compensation
$65,000 - $115,000 USD Yearly
