GARNER+CO is a real estate team in Timonium, Maryland, and we are hiring licensed agents who want to spend their day on clients instead of admin.

Most agents lose their best hours to prospecting, paperwork, deadlines, and status chasing. We built our own system to carry that operating work. Offers, forms, signatures, deadlines, documents, and status tracking live in one place, and our transaction desk runs it. Your job is the relationship.

Talk to buyers and sellers every day and turn conversations into appointments

Run listing and buyer consultations with a team behind you

Write offers fast, with the packet built for you

Keep every deal on track from contract to close without chasing paperwork

Stay in touch after closing so past clients send you their friends

A licensed agent in Maryland who works hard, cares about clients, follows through, and wants a stronger platform around the work. Experienced producers tend to get the most from the model, and we will talk with driven newer agents too.

GARNER+CO is powered by PLACE and affiliated with Cummings & Co. Realtors, and the team did over 150 sales in 2025.

What the team builds around you:

Appointment setting and database support

Offer preparation and packet assembly

Transaction support, deadlines, documents, and audit history

Training, coaching, admin, and weekly accountability

Launch, a first 90 days program with a target of three properties under contract, activity expectations, and coaching. It is a target, not a guarantee.

Apply here and Ben will review your application personally. If the model looks relevant, he will invite you to a private conversation.
