In this position, you will represent clients by expertly marketing and selling their properties, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional service and achieve successful transactions. • Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program
• Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
• Host two open houses each month
• Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Engage in weekly script practice as per team guidelines
• Join in team activities according to team standards
• Dedicate time for weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
• Advise sellers, secure listings, and promote properties
• Showcase your knowledge in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services
• Negotiate offers for your sellers
• Maintain records of activities and clients using PLACE Technology

• You have a natural drive and a competitive edge in sales.
• You excel at connecting with people, understanding their needs, and finding solutions.
• Prospecting and generating leads are your areas of expertise.
• Handling objections is second nature to you.
• You communicate effectively and are dedicated to providing excellent service.
• Enjoy working as part of a team.
• Hold a valid real estate license.
• Have over 3 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Possess strong skills in both written and verbal communication.

$40,000 - $70,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
