The Chris Colgan Team is expanding our Zillow Flex division across the Washington, DC metro area, and we’re actively recruiting driven, disciplined real estate agents who want consistent opportunity, structure, and accountability.
This role is designed for agents who want volume and are willing to execute.
Zillow Flex is not passive. You will receive high-intent buyer and seller leads, but success comes from speed, follow-up, and professional execution. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want a clear path to $144,000+ in annual income, this is the opportunity.
You’ll operate within proven systems, receive ongoing coaching, and be supported by a team that treats real estate like a business — not a hobby.

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to Zillow Flex buyer and seller leads
  • Build rapport, qualify clients, and set appointments
  • Convert inbound leads into signed clients and closed transactions
  • Follow proven scripts, dialogues, and follow-up systems
  • Manage multiple active clients simultaneously
  • Maintain high communication standards with clients and the team
  • Work within our CRM to track conversations and conversions
  • Represent the Chris Colgan Team with professionalism in the DC metro market

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Active Virginia real estate license
  • 2–3+ years of real estate sales experience preferred
  • Comfortable working high-volume lead flow
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Growth-minded, coachable, and learning-based
  • Highly organized with strong time management
  • Willingness to learn and execute scripts and dialogues
  • Team-oriented mindset with individual accountability

Compensation
Commission-based role

  • Target annual income: $144,000 – $172,000+
  • No income ceiling — performance drives earnings
  • Zillow Flex opportunity provided through the team
