Responsibilities
- Prospect daily through calls, texts, emails, and host open houses to generate new business
- Follow up consistently with warm leads from Zillow Flex, Google, and your database
- Conduct buyer and seller consultations to understand client goals and build trust
- Show properties, attend listing appointments, and guide clients through the process
- Write and negotiate contracts, offers, and listing agreements with mentorship and support
- Use Follow Up Boss (FUB) to manage pipeline, communication, and follow-up tasks
- Attend daily coaching, skill-building sessions, and accountability check-ins
- Deliver a high-touch, professional experience for every client from first contact to close
- Collaborate with the team and lean on full admin and marketing support to stay focused on sales
Qualifications
- Have a real estate license (or are working on it)
- Are still hungry to grow and serve, even if your last experience fell short
- Want to learn from top producers and follow a proven path
- Are ready to commit full-time and treat this like a real business
- Want a supportive environment that believes in your potential
Compensation
$90,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
