Responsibilities
- Work Zillow Flex Leads – Respond promptly to high-quality buyer and seller leads, providing exceptional service and follow-up.
- Conduct Buyer & Listing Consultations – Guide clients through the buying or selling process with professionalism, market knowledge, and care.
- Host Open Houses & Attend Showings – Represent listings at open houses, engage potential buyers, and schedule private showings as needed.
- Prospect for New Business – Consistently generate new opportunities through calls, texts, social media, and sphere outreach, supported by team-provided tools and scripts.
- Prepare and Negotiate Offers – Write, present, and negotiate competitive offers while protecting and advising your clients.
- Leverage PLACE Systems & Coaching – Use proven models, scripts, and tools to stay accountable, organized, and focused on income-producing activities.
- Maintain CRM & Pipeline – Diligently track lead activity, notes, and follow-ups in the team CRM to ensure conversion and client care.
- Collaborate with Team & Admin Staff – Work closely with our transaction coordination, marketing, and leadership teams to deliver seamless client service.
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
Qualifications:
- Active real estate license (or currently enrolled in licensing course)
- Full-time availability and commitment to a high-performance environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Tech-savvy – comfortable using CRM systems, MLS platforms, and real estate tools
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and willingness to be coached
- Comfortable with prospecting, lead follow-up, and working both warm and cold leads
- Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed for open houses, showings, and client needs
- Team-oriented with a strong desire to collaborate and contribute
- Familiarity with the local market and neighborhoods (preferred, but not required)
Compensation
$144,000 - $159,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
