• Active Virginia Real Estate License (Required)
• Full-Time Availability – This is not for part-time agents or side hustlers
• Willingness to Meet Clients In-Person in Winchester and surrounding areas (Stephens City, Berryville, Front Royal, etc.)
• Strong Communication Skills – Phone, text, video, and face-to-face
• Tech-Savvy & Organized – Comfortable using CRM tools, mobile apps, and follow-up systems (we’ll train you on ours)
• Highly Coachable & Accountable – You’re open to feedback and hungry to grow
• Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented – You take ownership of your pipeline and performance
• Reliable Transportation and a flexible schedule for showings, inspections, and appointments
• Previous Zillow Flex or high-volume lead experience is a plus, but not required

$125,000 - $175,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
