Primary Responsibilities:

• 🗂 Provide essential administrative support and oversee transaction management for agents
• 🏡 Manage listings, update MLS entries, coordinate signage, and schedule professional photography
• 📞 Ensure prompt and clear communication with clients, vendors, and team members
• 📅 Organize showings, inspections, and closing appointments
• 💻 Support marketing initiatives, including social media content creation, email campaigns, and CRM maintenance
