As we prepare to launch with Zillow Flex, we operate from a cutting-edge office and boast one of the largest social media audiences in the DMV area, generating over 10 million monthly views on platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.

Primary Responsibilities:

• 🗂 Provide essential administrative support and manage transaction coordination for our agents
• 🏡 Oversee listings, update MLS information, coordinate signage, and schedule photography appointments
• 📞 Ensure prompt and clear communication with clients, vendors, and team members
• 📅 Organize and manage appointments for showings, inspections, and closings
• 💻 Support marketing initiatives by creating social media content, managing email campaigns, and maintaining the CRM system
