Key Responsibilities:

• 🗂 Deliver vital administrative support and manage transaction processes for our agents
• 🏡 Handle listings, update MLS data, coordinate signage, and schedule photography sessions
• 📞 Maintain timely and effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members
• 📅 Organize showings, inspections, and closing appointments
• 💻 Assist with marketing efforts, including social media content creation, email campaigns, and CRM upkeep
