Many of our agents earn between $144,000 to $150,000 in their first year, with top performers reaching up to $500,000. A NJ REAL ESTATE LICENSE IS REQUIRED. This is a full-time, commission-based position.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a lead generation lever weekly
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation

$144,000 - $159,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
