Responsibilities
- Execute lead generation levels weekly
- Conduct open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, Zoom and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
Qualifications
North Carolina Real Estate License (REQUIRED)
Sales: 1 year (REQUIRED)
Real Estate: 1 year (REQUIRED)
Compensation
$153,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
