We’re looking for full-time, licensed real estate agents who are hungry to grow their business with consistency and support. You’ll plug into a system that’s built to scale: warm leads, backend support, expert coaching, and the power of a trusted brand. • Prospect daily and follow up with new and past leads
• Convert inbound leads into active buyers and sellers
• Conduct consultations, showings, open houses, and appointments
• Write and negotiate offers, contracts, and listings
• Use Follow Up Boss (FUB) to manage all lead activity and communication
• Leverage team-provided support to stay focused on sales
• Attend weekly trainings, accountability sessions, and team events
• Deliver a top-tier, client-first experience throughout each transaction

$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
