Responsibilities

  • Master Our Proven System:
    • Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program, your comprehensive onboarding to our successful real estate model and tools. Think of this as your initial curriculum for real estate success.
  • Implement Your Outreach Plan:
    • Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly, proactively connecting with potential clients – similar to engaging with students and parents.
  • Guide Buyers to Their Ideal Home:
    • Consult with buyers to understand their needs (just like understanding student learning styles), secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable properties.
  • Facilitate Successful Negotiations:
    • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers, skillfully advocating for their best interests, much like advocating for your students' needs.
  • Organize and Track Your Progress:
    • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology, utilizing data to inform your strategies and ensure effective progress monitoring – similar to lesson planning and student progress tracking.
  • Create Engaging Learning Environments (Open Houses):
    • Conduct two open houses monthly, creating inviting and informative experiences for potential buyers to learn about properties.
  • Connect and Schedule Meetings:
    • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to scheduled appointments, effectively managing your time and building relationships with potential clients.
  • Refine Your Communication Skills:
    • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards, honing your communication and presentation skills for various real estate scenarios.
  • Collaborate and Contribute to Our Team:
    • Participate in team activities per team standards, contributing your unique skills and perspectives to a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • Engage in Continuous Professional Development:
    • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Calls – your ongoing professional development to ensure continuous growth and success.
  • Guide Sellers Through the Selling Process:
    • Consult with sellers to understand their goals, convert to listings, and effectively market their homes to attract the right buyers.
  • Develop Your Expertise in Property Presentation:
    • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services, effectively showcasing properties to their best advantage.

Compensation

$76,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
