Your Opportunity

The Transaction Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the real estate transaction process once a contract is executed. This role ensures compliance, coordinates communication between all parties, tracks deadlines, and protects the client experience at every stage.

This is a critical operations role designed to allow agents to focus on revenue-generating activities while maintaining elite service standards.

Responsibilities

Contract-to-Close Management

  • Review executed contracts for completeness and compliance
  • Open escrow and coordinate with title and lenders
  • Manage timelines, contingencies, and contractual deadlines
  • Track inspections, appraisal, HOA documents, and loan milestones
  • Ensure all required documents are properly signed and stored

Systems & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate transaction records in CRM and transaction management software
  • Ensure compliance with Arizona real estate regulations
  • Prepare closing files for broker review
  • Track and report transaction status to leadership

Process Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend system improvements
  • Help maintain and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Support scalability as the team grows

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in real estate transaction coordination or related field
  • Strong understanding of Arizona real estate contracts and timelines
  • Exceptional attention to detail and deadline management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High proficiency in CRM systems and digital document platforms

Compensation

$45,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
