G.R.I.T Home Professionals, located at 135 Park Ave in Lake Havasu City, is looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will guide clients through the buying and selling process while ensuring a professional, seamless, and positive experience from start to finish.

• Assist lead agents by showing homes to prospective buyers and renters.
• Provide detailed and accurate information about properties, neighborhoods, and the local real estate market.
• Schedule and coordinate property showings, ensuring timely and efficient appointments.
• Maintain a high level of customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and following up on leads.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for listings.
• Conduct property inspections and report any issues or concerns to the lead agent.

• Real Estate License: Must be willing to obtain a Real Estate license.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping clients.
• Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using real estate software, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
• Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Lake Havasu City area and its real estate market.
