Job Summary

G.R.I.T Home Professionals, located at 135 Park Ave in Lake Havasu City, is seeking a driven Real Estate Agent to support our growing team. This position involves guiding clients through every stage of the real estate transaction and delivering knowledgeable, timely, and professional service from the initial consultation through closing.

Responsibilities include promoting and marketing property listings, representing buyers and sellers, and negotiating competitive pricing and advantageous contract terms. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about real estate and skilled at building lasting client relationships based on trust and exceptional service.

• Assist lead agents by showing homes to prospective buyers and renters.
• Provide detailed and accurate information about properties, neighborhoods, and the local real estate market.
• Schedule and coordinate property showings, ensuring timely and efficient appointments.
• Maintain a high level of customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and following up on leads.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for listings.
• Conduct property inspections and report any issues or concerns to the lead agent.

• Real Estate License: Must be willing to obtain a Real Estate license.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping clients.
• Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using real estate software, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
• Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Lake Havasu City area and its real estate market.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to conduct property showings, which may involve walking, standing, and climbing stairs.
