Licensed Realtor® – Home Showing Partner | Hourly, Part-Time Position

The Valerie King Team is seeking one to two reliable Showing Partners to assist our extensive network of buyer clients. This part-time, contract-based role offers flexible scheduling and hourly compensation, allowing you to continue building your own real estate business while gaining valuable experience alongside one of Connecticut’s leading real estate teams.

Candidates must be available to show properties during weekdays, evenings, and weekends, with weekend availability being especially important. As our team and client base continue to grow, this position may evolve into a full-time opportunity for the right individual.

• Conduct buyer showings on behalf of the team owner, Valerie King, all over Connecticut. We primarily service clients in Fairfield County, New Haven County, Middlesex County, and sometimes Hartford County
• Provide detailed written feedback after each showing to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
• Communicate professionally with clients and represent the team with care and integrity
• Coordinate scheduling and confirm showing appointments in a timely manner
• Be available during days, evenings, and weekends as needed
• Communicate any scheduling conflicts or client concerns to the lead agent promptly

• Active Connecticut Real Estate License (required)
• Driver's License and reliable transportation
• People-oriented with strong communication skills
• Positive, professional attitude
• Ability to analyze clients' needs and match them to the right homes
• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving throughout CT
• Organized, punctual, and dependable
• Bi-lingual / Spanish-speaking is a plus!

$25.00 - $40.00 USD Hourly
