Become a Showing Partner with Our Team - Must ALREADY Have an Active Connecticut Real Estate License

Looking for flexible, part-time work in real estate? The Valerie King Team is hiring Showing Partners to support our growing buyer pipeline. This is a per-hour contract opportunity that puts you alongside one of the top-producing teams in CT — and connects you to a network of top 20% real estate professionals across North America.

We're looking for at least 2 dependable, client-focused partners available days, evenings, and weekends. For the right fit, this role has the potential to grow into a full-time position on the team, with access to revenue sharing, health benefits, growth share, vesting, and investing opportunities.

We provide the systems, tools, and mentorship to set you up for success beyond just showing homes. You bring the will and commitment. We'll handle the rest.

• Conduct buyer showings on behalf of the team owner, Valerie King, all over Connecticut. We primarily service clients in Fairfield County, New Haven County, Middlesex County, and sometimes Hartford County
• Work alongside our sales agents to guide clients toward homes that match their criteria
• Provide detailed written feedback after each showing to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
• Communicate professionally with clients and represent the team with care and integrity
• Coordinate scheduling and confirm appointments in a timely manner
• Dedicate availability during days, evenings, and/or weekends as needed

You're energized by working with people and take pride in building and maintaining professional relationships. You have a genuine desire to support others while staying committed to your own growth in real estate.

• Active Connecticut Real Estate License (required)
• Driver's License and reliable transportation
• People-oriented with strong communication skills
• Positive, professional attitude
• Ability to analyze clients' needs and match them to the right homes
• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving throughout CT
• Organized, punctual, and dependable
• Bi-lingual / Spanish-speaking is a plus!

$25.00 - $40.00 USD Hourly
