Are you seeking a flexible, part-time opportunity in real estate? The Valerie King Team is expanding and looking for dependable Showing Partners to assist our growing base of buyer clients. This hourly contract position provides the opportunity to work alongside one of Connecticut’s leading real estate teams while connecting with a respected professional network across North America.

We are seeking at least two reliable, client-oriented individuals who can accommodate daytime, evening, and weekend appointments. For highly motivated team members, this role may lead to a full-time opportunity with potential benefits including revenue sharing, health insurance, performance bonuses, vesting, and investment opportunities.

You’ll receive the tools, technology, systems, training, and support needed to build your success beyond conducting property showings. Bring your enthusiasm and dedication—we’ll provide the mentorship and resources to help you grow.

• Conduct buyer showings on behalf of the team owner, Valerie King, all over Connecticut. We primarily service clients in Fairfield County, New Haven County, Middlesex County, and sometimes Hartford County
• Work alongside our sales agents to guide clients toward homes that match their criteria
• Provide detailed written feedback after each showing to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
• Communicate professionally with clients and represent the team with care and integrity
• Coordinate scheduling and confirm appointments in a timely manner
• Dedicate availability during days, evenings, and/or weekends as needed

You're energized by working with people and take pride in building and maintaining professional relationships. You have a genuine desire to support others while staying committed to your own growth in real estate.

• Active Connecticut Real Estate License (required)
• Driver's License and reliable transportation
• People-oriented with strong communication skills
• Positive, professional attitude
• Ability to analyze clients' needs and match them to the right homes
• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving throughout CT
• Organized, punctual, and dependable
• Bi-lingual / Spanish-speaking is a plus!

$25.00 - $40.00 USD Hourly
