Become a Showing Partner with The Valerie King Team – Active Connecticut Real Estate License Required

This contract-based, hourly role offers a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with one of Connecticut’s premier real estate teams and build connections with a distinguished network of professionals throughout North America.

We aim to hire at least two dependable, client-focused partners who can work during daytime, evening, and weekend hours. For motivated individuals, this position has the potential to develop into a full-time career, including benefits such as revenue sharing, health insurance, performance bonuses, vesting, and investment opportunities.

• Conduct buyer showings on behalf of the team owner, Valerie King, all over Connecticut. We primarily service clients in Fairfield County, New Haven County, Middlesex County, and sometimes Hartford County
• Work alongside our sales agents to guide clients toward homes that match their criteria
• Provide detailed written feedback after each showing to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
• Communicate professionally with clients and represent the team with care and integrity
• Coordinate scheduling and confirm appointments in a timely manner
• Dedicate availability during days, evenings, and/or weekends as needed

You're energized by working with people and take pride in building and maintaining professional relationships. You have a genuine desire to support others while staying committed to your own growth in real estate.

• Active Connecticut Real Estate License (required)
• Driver's License and reliable transportation
• People-oriented with strong communication skills
• Positive, professional attitude
• Ability to analyze clients' needs and match them to the right homes
• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving throughout CT
• Organized, punctual, and dependable
• Bi-lingual / Spanish-speaking is a plus!

$25.00 - $40.00 USD Hourly
