The FI Team is hiring a Showing Partner as we grow across Colorado's investment real estate market.

This is an hourly position, and that's intentional. You're getting paid to learn. You'll work side by side with high-producing agents, inside the deals and inside the systems that put our team in the top 20% of real estate professionals in North America.

As you grow within our systems, you unlock revenue share, growth share, health benefits, vesting, and investing opportunities. This hourly role is how a lot of people on our team got their start.

• Review each property thoroughly before every showing, study the listing details, know the neighborhood, and come prepared with answers before the questions get asked
• Coordinate schedules and confirm appointments so nothing falls through the cracks
• Show homes professionally and with purpose, you're representing the team on every walkthrough
• Ask the right questions during showings to understand what buyers want and what's holding them back
• Debrief with your agent partner after every showing with clear, honest feedback on buyer reactions, objections, and level of interest
• Track showing activity and client notes so your agent always has the full picture
