Responsibilities
- Complete PLACE New Agent Launch program
- Assist sales agents in showing homes to clients
- Deliver detailed feedback to refine client preferences
- Draft and negotiate offers for agents and clients
- Generate at least 10 hours of leads weekly
- Engage in weekly script practice and team activities
- Attend weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
- Record tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
Qualifications
- Passionate about building strong client relationships

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active Real estate license or willing to obtain
Compensation
$75,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
