Job Summary

G.R.I.T Home Professionals, located at 135 Park Ave in Lake Havasu City, is seeking a driven Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. You will support clients throughout the entire real estate process, from the first consultation through closing, by delivering knowledgeable, attentive, and personalized service.

Your responsibilities will include promoting and managing property listings, representing both buyers and sellers, and negotiating competitive offers and advantageous contract terms. • Assist lead agents by showing homes to prospective buyers and renters.
• Conduct open houses and accompany clients on property tours.
• Provide detailed and accurate information about properties to clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
• Coordinate with the lead agent to schedule showings and manage client appointments.
• Ensure all properties are in excellent condition for showings, including staging and cleanliness.
• Gather client feedback and report to the lead agent to refine property searches.

• Valid real estate license in the state of Arizona or ability to obtain one within 90 days.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and team members.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend showings.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in using real estate software and mobile applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.

$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
