• 🎓 Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
• 🤝 Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in touring homes
• 📝 Deliver thorough, written feedback to help clarify or adjust clients’ home search preferences
• ✍️ Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
• 📞 Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation activities
• 🎭 Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines
• 🤗 Participate actively in team events and initiatives as required
• 📅 Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls
• 📊 Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology

$75,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
