You will support clients throughout the full real estate process, from initial consultation through closing. Using your market expertise, communication skills, and attention to detail, you will coordinate each stage of the transaction and help ensure a seamless, successful outcome.

• 🎓 Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
• 🤝 Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in touring homes
• 📝 Deliver thorough, written feedback to help clarify or adjust clients’ home search preferences
• ✍️ Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
• 📞 Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation activities
• 🎭 Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines
• 🤗 Participate actively in team events and initiatives as required
• 📅 Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls
• 📊 Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology

$75,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
