This role is designed for a motivated, people-oriented individual who wants to learn the industry from the ground up while working directly with experienced agents. You’ll gain real-world experience showing homes, working with clients, and supporting the home-buying process inside a proven system built for success.

You’ll receive coaching, accountability, and step-by-step systems through PLACE, giving you the tools to grow quickly in a high-performance environment.

• Work with a sales agent to show homes to clients
• Provide written feedback to help refine client search criteria
• Support clients throughout the home-buying process
• Write and negotiate offers alongside the sales agent
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week
• Attend weekly coaching, training, and team meetings
• Participate in script practice and accountability sessions
• Track activities using PLACE Technology

$45,000 - $50,000 USD Yearly
