Become a Showing Assistant and work alongside experienced real estate professionals in the vibrant Seattle area. Immerse yourself in the fast-paced real estate market by presenting beautiful homes across Seattle. Candidates must possess a valid Washington State real estate license or be actively pursuing real estate education. We are looking for motivated, proactive individuals seeking more than just a typical job. Completing our training program successfully paves the way for advancement to a full real estate agent role.

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation
$85,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
