Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Continuously expand your knowledge of the real estate market, industry practices, and emerging trends through training and professional development opportunities.
- Assist our real estate agents in conducting property showings.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for property viewings, ensuring efficient and organized tours.
- Accompany clients to property showings, providing relevant information about the property and addressing their questions or concerns.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients, fostering positive relationships.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to property showings, such as preparing and organizing listing materials and maintaining documentation.
- Collaborate with agents and other team members to ensure smooth communication and seamless customer service.
Qualifications
Skills:
- A strong passion for real estate and a desire to develop a successful career in the industry.
- Positive, happy attitude.
- Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car and on the road
- Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, tools, and industry advancements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- High school graduate
- Real estate license (License required to join the team, but not to apply!)

Compensation
$80,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
