Are you a licensed real estate agent—or in the process of obtaining your license—who understands the fundamentals but seeks momentum, guidance, leads, and growth opportunities?

Our team is designed for agents eager to advance their careers through expert mentorship and a supportive, collaborative atmosphere. We offer a solid foundation, continuous assistance, and efficient systems, allowing you to concentrate on what truly counts: providing outstanding client service, managing contracts, and confidently closing transactions.

Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch. 

Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria accordingly

Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients

Coordinate and schedule property showings for clients

Provide exceptional customer service to buyers and sellers

Participate in weekly script practice per team standards

Participate in team activities per team standards

Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call

Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology and systems

Present properties and highlight their features to potential buyers
