• Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters in the Lynnwood area.
• Provide detailed information about properties, neighborhoods, and local amenities to clients.
• Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments between clients and listing agents.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current listings and market trends in the WA-99 corridor.
• Ensure properties are presented in optimal condition during showings and report any issues to the team.
• Support the Seattle Real Estate Team with administrative tasks related to client interactions and property management.
• Foster positive client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service throughout the showing process.

• Valid real estate license or currently pursuing licensure preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate or related customer service role
• Strong knowledge of the Lynnwood and greater Seattle real estate market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple property showings efficiently and professionally
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
• Proficient with real estate software and mobile apps for scheduling and client management
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
