Your Opportunity

As a Showing Assistant, you’ll support lead agents by handling property showings, coordinating tours, and delivering a high level of service to clients. You’ll also follow the Nickle Team standards for prospecting, open houses, and training participation. We’re looking for committed candidates who want to grow beyond showing into a full-production role. With our coaching, technology, and team culture, you’ll gain the skills and confidence needed to build a sustainable career in real estate.

Important: This is a commission-only position.

Responsibilities

  • Show homes to prospective buyers and renters under the guidance of a lead agent.
  • Host open houses and support property marketing activities.
  • Schedule and coordinate client showings to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Provide accurate property information and collect client feedback.
  • Participate in team lead generation activities and follow-up systems.
  • Attend weekly trainings, team huddles, and 1:1 coaching sessions.
  • Maintain professionalism, excellent customer service, and accountability.
  • Stay current on local real estate market trends.

Qualifications

  • Active CA real estate license (required before joining, not to apply).
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Tech savvy and comfortable using CRM systems.
  • Team player with a professional appearance and attitude.
  • Coachable and committed to following the Nickle Team’s proven business model.

Compensation

$150,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
