Showing Assistant Role Overview

As a Showing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting lead agents by managing property showings, organizing tours, and providing exceptional client service. You will adhere to the Nickle Team’s proven methods for prospecting, hosting open houses, and engaging in ongoing training sessions. We seek driven individuals eager to advance from conducting property showings to becoming fully licensed, high-performing agents. Please Note: This position is commission-only.

• Show homes to prospective buyers and renters under the guidance of a lead agent.
• Host open houses and support property marketing activities.
• Schedule and coordinate client showings to ensure a smooth experience.
• Provide accurate property information and collect client feedback.
• Participate in team lead generation activities and follow-up systems.
• Attend weekly trainings, team huddles, and 1:1 coaching sessions.
• Maintain professionalism, excellent customer service, and accountability.
• Stay current on local real estate market trends.

• Active CA real estate license (required before joining, not to apply).
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Tech savvy and comfortable using CRM systems.

$150,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
