Licensed Realtor for Home Showings — Flexible, Hourly Position

The Valerie King Team is expanding and seeking reliable, client-oriented Showing Partners to serve our growing network of buyer clients. This flexible, part-time contract role is well suited for a licensed real estate professional who wants hourly compensation, meaningful collaboration with a leading Connecticut real estate team, and the flexibility to pursue other professional or personal commitments.

We expect to bring on at least two team members who are available to conduct showings during weekdays, evenings, and weekends. As the team grows, this position may evolve into a full-time opportunity for a strong-performing candidate.

• Must hold an active and current Connecticut Real Estate License
• Work with clients in a professional, warm, and trustworthy manner that reflects the VKT standard
• Conduct buyer showings on behalf of the team throughout Connecticut, primarily serving Fairfield, New Haven, Middlesex, and Hartford Counties
• Coordinate and confirm showing appointments in a timely and organized manner
• Be available during days, evenings, and weekends as needed
• Provide detailed written feedback after each showing to help the lead agent refine the client's search
• Communicate any scheduling conflicts or client concerns to the lead agent promptly

• Active Connecticut Real Estate License (required)
• Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
• People-oriented with strong communication skills
• Organized, punctual, and dependable
• Positive attitude and willingness to represent another agent's clients professionally
• Bi-lingual / Spanish-speaking is a plus!

$25.00 - $40.00 USD Hourly
