Responsibilities
Important: Applicants must have started their licensing courses before applying. Completion of your real estate license is required prior to officially joining our team. We look forward to hearing from you!
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to morning huddles, weekly coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology & Playbooks
Qualifications

- This is a commission based position and requires a good standing and active Real Estate license

- Holds a valid driver's license with the Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car

Compensation
$55,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
