Real Estate License: Must hold an active real estate license in the state of North Carolina.

Experience: Minimum of 2 examples where you won something or achieved something through perseverance and hard work.

Transportation: Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.
