We are looking for talented and experienced Buyer’s Agents fluent in multiple languages to join our thriving real estate team. The perfect candidates will have a proven track record of exceptional client service and deep knowledge in assisting buyers through all phases of the home buying journey. This position provides the chance to work with a wide variety of clients, including those relocating to the region. If you are passionate about offering tailored guidance and professional expertise throughout the purchasing process, we want to hear from you!

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

$50,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
