• Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program.
• Collaborate closely with sales agents to assist clients in identifying suitable properties.
• Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to validate or adjust clients’ property search parameters.
• Draft and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients.
• Dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week to lead generation activities.
• Engage in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team protocols.
• Actively participate in team meetings and events as required by team standards.
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, ongoing training programs, and Partner Calls.
• Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities utilizing PLACE Technology.
