As a Showing Assistant, you will work closely with experienced sales agents, gain hands-on market knowledge, and lay the groundwork for a successful future in real estate, all while receiving outstanding training, advanced tools, and unwavering support.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with sales agents to assist buyers in home searches and evaluations
• Conduct property showings and deliver detailed written feedback to help clients refine their preferences
• Complete the New Agent Launch program to enhance your skills and confidence
• Participate in weekly script practice and team training sessions aligned with team standards
• Join Partner Calls regularly
• Document all tasks and client communications using our team CRM and technology platforms
• Attend team meetings and actively engage in activities following GHT guidelines

• Hold an active NC Real Estate License (required to apply)

• Comfortable spending significant time in the field and traveling throughout the market area
• Excellent listener who helps clients identify their true needs

$50,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
