Your expertise will be vital in guiding clients through each phase of the process, ensuring smooth and successful transactions.
Responsibilities
- Earn your stripes through our hands-on new agent training — built to get you in the field fast and confident.
- Work side-by-side with a top-performing sales agent to help clients find the right home, not just any home.
- Deliver clear, strategic feedback after every showing to dial in exactly what your clients are looking for.
- Take the lead in writing and negotiating offers that win — on behalf of both your clients and your partner agent.
- Dedicate 10+ focused hours each week to lead generation — no fluff, just results.
- Show up sharp for daily script practice — iron sharpens iron, and we level up together.
- Stay plugged into the team — trainings, events, and culture aren’t optional, they’re fuel.
- Lock in your weekly 1:1 coaching, team trainings, and our Partner Call — growth is a decision.
- Keep your pipeline tight — log your activity and results daily.
Qualifications
You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships. You have a compelling desire to support others, while being committed to your growth in real estate and leadership skills.
- Real Estate License Required
- 1-3 Years sales experience preferred
- Positive, happy attitude
- Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
- Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
- Learning based
- Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
Compensation
$50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
