As a Showing Assistant, you will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, working with active buyers, learning how deals come together, and operating within proven systems, tools, and training that drive results. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, reliable, and coachable, with a strong desire to grow in real estate. There is a clear path to advance into a full-time agent role with significant income potential while being surrounded by a team focused on accountability, consistency, and execution.

• Complete onboarding and training through PLACE New Agent Launch
• Partner with the lead agent to assist buyers throughout the home search process
• Conduct showings and provide detailed feedback to help refine client needs and search criteria
• Communicate regularly with clients who are under contract to provide updates and ensure a smooth experience
• Support the offer process, including drafting and negotiating contracts under the direction of the lead agent
• Attend home inspections, walkthroughs, and closings as needed to support clients and the team
• Coordinate with all parties involved in the transaction to help keep deals on track and timelines met
• Dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week to lead generation activities
• Participate in weekly script practice and skill development sessions
• Attend all required team meetings, trainings, and activities
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions and ongoing professional development
• Accurately track all tasks, communications, and activities within PLACE technology systems
