Responsibilities
- Successfully complete and graduate from the PLACE New Agent Launch program
- Partner closely with a lead sales agent to guide clients through home tours and the buying process
- Provide clear, detailed written feedback after showings to help confirm or refine each client’s search criteria
- Prepare, write, and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Consistently lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week
- Participate in weekly script practice and role-play sessions in alignment with team standards
- Actively engage in all required team meetings, trainings, and activities
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly team trainings, and the PLACE Partner Call
- Accurately track all tasks, activities, and client interactions within PLACE technology systems

Compensation
$70,000 - $95,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
